I have an old tandem trailer that was in need of a full overhaul. It was too good to get rid of, but I knew it needed quite a bit of work. I spent a lengthy amount of time looking online at the various trailer repair operators and couldn’t decide on one as they all sounded the same. I was about to go with just the first result in Google when I spied Prestige Onsite Trailer Maintenance (P.O.T.M.). I read the online review left from a satisfied customer and immediately thought that this was the company for me. The review sounded really genuine so I contacted Mark at P.O.T.M. the next day.

I explained what I needed done to Mark and he was only too happy to come out to my house at a time that suited me to look over my trailer and give me a quote. I knew a lot of work was required and was pleasantly surprised at the quote Mark gave me. As it was a big job, Mark came and picked my trailer up and took it away for the work to be carried out. As my trailer had been custom made some years ago, I wasn’t too surprised the next day when Mark called me and said that he may have some trouble acquiring some parts to replace due to their uniqueness and age. He explained that this may alter the price a little, but he wanted to be completely up front with me from the start so that I didn’t receive any bill shock once the job was done. As it turned out, these parts weren’t needed and the price remained the same.

Mark sent me regular updates and pictures of the trailer during it's considerable overhaul which I really appreciated and then dropped it back to my house once the work was complete. The finished product was fantastic and it was as close to new as an old tandem trailer could be made. I was extremely impressed by the work done, but just as importantly by Mark’s professionalism, attitude and manner throughout the whole process. I can highly recommend Prestige Onsite Trailer Maintenance and would use them again as my first choice for any future work.

I recently bought an old horse float for my daughter. As usual I underestimated the cost and the work involved to restore this old horse float. This is often the case when you pay a low price for something, you are often left with more headaches than originally anticipated. I was able to do a lot of the manual work myself but once I got to the more detailed work and making this horse float safe and roadworthy I had no choice but to call in the experts.  One such person that I called in was a person by the name of Mark, who did all things with trailers and he was a mobile repairer. I gave Mark a call and he made a time with me to do the repairs on my trailer . Once there he did the following, replaced the electronic brakes and completely did all the rewiring and made the horse float roadworthy.  I have never dealt with horse floats. Mark was also a great advice provider on what my daughter should do and shouldn’t do, re: the type of car to tow the float and any other information that I sought was provided by Mark. I would strongly recommend him to anybody that requires the services of a mobile trailer repairer. He was also a very nice man and his price was reasonable for the amount of work that he did.
